By Canada Post, between two to three weeks from order date, depending on your location, RUSH service can be requested, for an extra shipping charge of $5.00 per package in Canada, and $10.00 in the USA.

Can I change a submitted order?
Since orders go immediately into production, it is not possible to make a change after an order is placed. However, you may go back and make any changes before the order is submitted.

The typesetting design, ink colours and paper selection have been predetermined to meet exacting corporate standards. We regret that we will not be able to deviate from any established layout. We do not accept responsibility for customer errors made when inputting the information for custom printed orders. Please ensure there are no spelling or typing errors when placing your orders.
